Personal App Issues

This app overall is amazing. The features are neat, its all good. But my app has crashed for good, every time I select it, it never EVER loads. I dont want to delete it because I had all of the character packs and Im afraid I will lose them. Im not sure if this is a problem for others but its taking up a lot of space and Im running out of options.
